A: You can refer a patient by completing our online referral form or calling one of our offices. Please include the patient’s medical history, reason for referral, and insurance information if applicable.
Q: Do you accept my insurance?
Focus Point Behavioral Health accepts commercial medical insurance for Substance Use and Mental Health treatment in our Maryland locations. Accepted insurance providers include: CareFirst, Aetna, United Health, Medicare, and Cigna. This addition allows us to provide greater access to care for individuals and families in need of our services.
Are my sessions confidential?
A: Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential. We adhere to all federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA, to protect your personal information.
